Website and Platform Terms

By accessing AllGravi, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business. Separate publisher, advertiser or campaign terms apply where accepted and take priority if they conflict with these general terms.

Using AllGravi

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service lawfully. Do not misuse tracking, submit false conversions, interfere with the service, infringe rights, upload harmful material, or attempt unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account and for content you submit.

Platform role and payments

AllGravi provides tools connecting advertisers and publishers. Campaign availability, approvals, attribution and payments may depend on campaign-specific rules and verification. Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, we do not guarantee campaign results, earnings, traffic or uninterrupted availability.

Our content and your content

We and our licensors own the platform, branding and software. We give you a limited, revocable right to use them for their intended purpose. You keep ownership of content you submit and give us permission to host, process and display it as needed to provide the service.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or end access for breach, fraud, risk, legal reasons or platform closure. Terms that naturally continue—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers and liability limits—survive termination.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or third-party conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update the service or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
